GOOD SLEEP WITH SIMPLE TRICKS

Zzzzzz....How many times you roll-over at night and wake up during the night? What if there are simple ways to help you to get smooth sleep. By doing so you'll be able be more active at day time and it is also much healthier in the long run.

What you need: Food that has tryptofan. Why? Tryptofan is a aminoacid that eventually turns into melatonin --> helps to give you better sleep.

all the benefits what nature intended.

2. BANANA: Please use organic Banana, you get less pesticides. While it can give you calm and peacefull feeling it can also boost your mental side.

3. BERRIES: These sweet and healthy carbohydrates will make sure that tryptofan and vitamin-Bee's go all the way.

4. EXTRA: WATERCRESS. This works with some, so try. It has also lots of tryptofan but also vitamins. Please wash it thoroughly before eating. Even Hippocrates (400 BC) was known to cure patients with this healing herb. It has more than 15 essential vitamins and minerals. By the way, it has more calcium than milk.

Also make your bedroom a peacefull place to sleep. The only thing you are allowed to do there is to make love. Leave all the phones, Wifi, and electrical equipments far away from your master bedroom. They distract your sleep.
